The difference between
western medicine and oriental medicine

Western medicine and Eastern medicine are two different approaches to health care that have developed over thousands of years in different parts of the world.

Western medicine is an evidence-based scientific approach that focuses primarily on the diagnosis and treatment of specific diseases or conditions. It relies heavily on diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and medicines to treat disease and manage symptoms. Western medicine also emphasizes the use of the scientific method to test and validate new treatments and procedures.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, on the other hand, is based on a holistic approach to health, with the goal of a smooth flow of blood, seeking to balance the body's energy or "chi" to promote overall health and prevent disease. This system includes a variety of practices including acupuncture, herbal medicine, diet, and physical exercises such as tai chi and qigong. Oriental medicine emphasizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and environment and seeks to address imbalances or blockages in energy and blood flow that can lead to disease or illness.

Western medicine and Eastern medicine have tried to prevent and treat numerous diseases.

In case of an emergency, it is solved by Western medicine's mechanical examination and quick treatment, such as surgery, and in other cases, it is best to take charge of oriental medicine to cultivate the natural self-healing ability by strengthening the function of the five organs and strengthening immunity. It can be an effective treatment process.
